Acceptance

By creating an account, downloading or using the app, or using our websites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

LandedGo offers tools, guides, and optional subscription features to help you live and travel in our supported regions, including but not limited to maps, checklists, AI-assisted answers, and community-sourced information. We may add, change, or remove features.

AI limitations

The AI concierge is powered by large language models — they can make mistakes, hallucinate facts, or surface outdated information. Outputs are not reviewed by a human before you see them. Always verify critical information — especially visa rules, medical guidance, and legal requirements — with authoritative, official sources. Do not treat AI output as a substitute for a lawyer, doctor, or immigration adviser.

Community and user content is not guaranteed to be accurate or current. Use your judgment and treat reports as one signal among many.

Prohibited uses

You may not use LandedGo to:

• Run scraping, bulk extraction, or other automated access that impairs the service, bypasses rate limits, or competes with our product without written permission.
• Submit false or deliberately misleading community reports or other content that could harm other users or our reputation.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription, usage, or access controls, or to probe, attack, or reverse-engineer the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Use the service in any way that harms others, harasses individuals, or violates the law — including using the AI to generate instructions for wrongdoing.

We may warn, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that engage in these or similar behaviours.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features are billed as shown at purchase through our payment provider. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds. If a technical problem stops you from using a feature you have paid for, use the contact page and we will work with you to fix it. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Intellectual property

The LandedGo name, logo, and original content in the app are protected. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the software as we provide it. You may not copy, sell, or reverse-engineer the service except where permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LandedGo and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (maximum USD 100) where that cap is enforceable, or, if you have not paid us, the remedies required by law.

Entire agreement

These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any policies expressly incorporated by reference) constitute the entire agreement between you and LandedGo regarding the subject matter here and supersede any prior understandings or agreements on the same subject, whether written or oral.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Age requirement

You must be 18 years or older to use LandedGo. By creating an account or otherwise accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Dispute resolution

Except where prohibited by applicable law, you and LandedGo agree that disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in courts of general jurisdiction, under rules and a forum we specify in a separate arbitration notice or agreement if we provide one. If arbitration is not enforceable for a given dispute, the courts competent under the governing law section below may hear that dispute.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
